Payment Policy
How Much Does It Cost?
We strive to tell you what your web solution development and associated services will cost, up front, before you make a commitment to hire us. We are constantly surveying the web solutions market place and make our prices competitive and reflect our skills and experience.
The quote we provide after a free consultation will be the price it will cost to get the job done right. We do not believe in pricing for each JavaScript, graphic and form. Rather we believe that you want a well designed, integrated solution that suits the needs of your business. This is what our quote will be based on, a solution that meets your needs as described.
Up front, we will agree on the scope of the web solution and what will be delivered. Your price will not change for us to complete the job as specified unless you change your specifications. At the time of the change, we will inform you that there will be an additional charge and do our best to tell you what that charge will be prior to finalising the change.
Fee Schedule And Refunds
We require 50% of the estimated project cost in advance and the balance upon acceptance of product but prior to assignment or transfer of ownership. For all projects less than $500, we require 100% payment.
You will never have to accept something you don't like. We work with you from the beginning in a way that usually permits us to surprise you with something pleasing pretty quickly. In the instance where we have determined that this just isn't working out for us, we will refund according to the specific terms of our serice agreement with you.
We do not offer refund for pre approved design work, and further exceptions to refunds is where a domain name or hosting solution has been purchased. We cannot refund the costs of domain registration and hosting, as we use external providers for these services.
In case we have to refund your initial payment, we ask that intellectual property rights be respected: our product ownership, and all rights stay with us unless we have determined that all conditions for the re-assignment of those right have been met. These include, full payment for all products and services provided.
The 50% balance payment is due not later than 30 days after the completion of work on your project.

First, you need to open a free account with moneybookers.com, and fund your account with your order total for the payment(s) you are making to us. You can do so via credit/debit card or domestic bank transfer in over 30 countries worldwide. Next, transfer the payment(s) to our email: mail@netmediainfo.com, via moneybookers.com. Moneybookers will charge a small transfer fee.
When we receive payment notification, will then verify your payment and the fulfillment process. Registration is simple, and your moneybookers.com account can be ready in just a few minutes. |
